Gideon's Army is a group of Special Forces that have begun to join together in an aggressive effort to reach the nations of Ukraine, and Moldova for Jesus and forever change the landscape of the society. While Team 1,000 covers the support of the Ukrainian missionaries, Gideon's Army covers the costs to supply the missionaries with everything needed to carry out their evangelism and church planting efforts including the support for the Drug Rehab Centers, Orphanages, Prisons and more.

Not so with Russian Harvest Ministries: We are now in our 19th year and in all that time, regardless of being on the field, under pressure, or in the case of the time Peter Mehl was in hiding from the KGB, we have only missed sending out two issues of our monthly newsletter Harvest, and even then we combined months so the updates still went out.

Special Forces in the military sense are the people that are specially trained to go into enemy territory and do the impossible.  These people are supplied and backed-up by an even bigger group of people that are also part of the Special Forces Command.  Together they do the impossible but in doing so they are a team.

 

This is what Gideon's Army is all about - We are building a group of 300 committed believers willing to support all the missionary supplies needed for the front line for a monthly commitment of $100.

 

In the last three years our missionaries conducted over 500 village crusades!
